Shipping, Processing & Returns Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping:
At this time, Sunlight and Sagebrush ships within the United States only. Orders are shipped via USPS and tracking information will be provided once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

A Note from Lindsey:

Sunlight and Sagebrush is a small, independently owned business and every order is hand-prepared, packed and shipped by me from my little apothecary in San Diego.

While I do my best to process orders as quickly as possible, I also believe in creating things intentionally and with care, which means receiving orders may take a little longer than what you're used to from larger retailers. (*cough* Amazon *cough*)

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at lindsey@sunlightandsagebrush.comwithin 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery), and we'll do our best to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of opened or used skincare, personal care, or cosmetic products.

Refunds:
Refunds are generally not provided for opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us at atlindsey@sunlightandsagebrush.com and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Order Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to make a change to your order (such as update shipping information) or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
