Meet Lindsey

Young girl in purple shirt and shorts holding a fishing rod, standing by a river with trees in the background.

If you had told me at age 7 that I’d be working with plants and studying the world of natural medicine, I would have been thrilled.

I was an outdoorsy little girl, a pro at climbing avocado trees and had a wardrobe that was roughly 65% REI clothing.

But if you told 16-year-old me the same story, I’d have sipped my Iced Caramel Macchiato and been like, “Ew, plants? Why?” and then proceeded to bury my nose in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.

This disconnect from nature lasted another decade or so...

And it wasn't until I began a small terrace garden on my sunny 4th-floor apartment in Berlin that I began to feel this deep, inexplicable draw towards plants and flowers.

At first, I thought it was a coping or healing mechanism.

It was mid-2020, my father had just passed away, I was newly married and living in a foreign country, and the world was, ah, upside-down.

Balcony garden with potted plants and flowers, including purple and red blooms, overlooking a courtyard with greenery and a swing.

Until this point, I had zero experience with planting or growing anything, except for a few ill-fated succulent plants that drowned from overwatering (THEY LOOKED THIRSTY, OK?)

But miraculously enough, I managed to keep most of my new terrace plant family alive.

What can I say? It pays to be a helicopter parent.

And for a year, Hibiscus, Valerian Root, Sage, Mint, Chamomile, Mandevilla, an Olive Tree and a grapevine graced my terrace.

And my indoor plants?! THRIVING.

This new experience with my “Plant Babies" encouraged me to look deeper into the plant-human connection.

To explore the energetic relationship I felt between myself and the natural world.

A woman with shoulder-length brown hair smiling while holding a bouquet of sunflowers and greenery, standing against a light-colored wall.

When I say “energetic relationship,” I mean that I began to feel this deep connection the natural world…an ability to communicate with plants.

Believe me, I also thought I was going bonkers.

But after I came across an online course called “Intuitive Plant Medicine” by Asia Suler, I realized…this was a thing.

This type of connection with the plant world was something to be celebrated and fine-tuned.

A skill to enhance with practice. And, most importantly, a responsibility to embrace.

I believed that other people could connect and communicate with other dimensions and spirits, so why not me?

So I began immersing myself in other courses, workshops and books on Plant Medicine and Herbalism.

And when I came upon Flower Essences and Vibrational Medicine, I knew I had finally found my *thing* in the vast world of natural medicine and healing.

And between my Berlin balcony garden and now - almost 6 years later - I’ve managed to keep a few more terrace gardens alive and well, both in Barcelona and in Seville. (Where’s my Lifetime Achievement Award?)

But as we slowly ease into 2026, I’m back home on San Diego soil.

I have a Flower Essence Practitioner training under my belt, hours and hours of client work and continued study and a deep desire to continue learning and connecting.

It is my most sincere wish that you join me on this journey of learning, teaching and growing with the natural world.

And that you not only feel like you’ve found a safe space to land, but are encouraged to connect with the earth and yourself a little more deeply.

Thank you for being here <3

Lots of love,

~ Lindsey
